FTUK– Who They Are and What They Do?
FTUK is a London based self-acclaimed smart way of funding Forex trading. With a mission well set that every interested trader deserves an opportunity, and should not be burdened by debt as they seek to pursue their goal to become thriving prop traders, FTUK offers a one-step easy evaluation challenge; cheap pricing for their live accounts, and two major package categories suited for both newbie traders and the very experienced ones.
No matter where you are on your forex trading journey, or the kind of method with which you trade, FTUK has something suitable for you in their all encompassing Low Risk option for conservative traders, Aggressive Trader packages for traders open to taking more risk, alongside an Instant funding program that helps you get underway without having to undergo the challenge phase.
How Do I Get Funded By FTUK?
This is one of the first questions intending traders want to have answered as quickly as possible. And I have it covered right in the next paragraph.
FTUK offers two funding programs viz The Evaluation Challenge and The Instant Funding programs both of which come in the Low Risk and Aggressive Trader.
The Low-Risk format requires that the trader trades with up to 1:50 leverage, make the stipulated 10% profit while avoiding the fixed 5% drawdown limit in 180 days. This rule applies to all the accounts in the Evaluation program. If a trader with an Evaluation account is able to fulfill all the requirements, they get rewarded with a live account with no specific profit target, even though the 5% drawdown limit is till to be maintained, alongside a maximum stop-loss that is to be set at 1.5% per trading position.
The Aggressive Trader challenge allows a trader to grow faster and so requires that the trader trades with up to 1:100 leverage, make the stipulated 25% profit while avoiding the fixed 5% drawdown limit in 90 days. This rule also applies to all the accounts in the Evaluation program.
If a trader operating an Evaluation account is able to fulfill all the requirements, they get rewarded with a live account with no specific profit target, even though the 5% drawdown limit is till to be maintained, but with no maximum stop-loss per trading position.
FTUK Packages & Account Sizes
It is important to again note that FTUK offers two major packages, the Evaluation and Instant Funding packages both of which come in the Low-Risk and Aggressive Trader formats. What’s interesting to note is that the pricing of FTUK accounts are relatively cheaper compared to what exists in the general prop market.
The Evaluation Package (Low Risk and Aggressive Trader) Pricing
- A £10,000 account evaluation challenge costs £119
- A £30,000 account evaluation challenge costs £299
- A £40,000 account evaluation challenge costs £349
- A £70,000 account evaluation challenge costs £449

What Are FTUK Trading Rules?
FTUK does not operate brow-raising rules or something far beyond the basic knowledge of prop trading. You can check out their trading rules below:
- A maximum 1.5% stop-loss is essential for only the Low Risk programs. The Aggressive Trader, in contrast, runs without a stop-loss fix
- Traders can trade overnight and over the weekend without any restrictions.
- No form of hedging is allowed by traders during trades.
- Traders across all accounts must avoid reaching the 5% maximum loss percent or their accounts will be closed
- The profit percent of 10% must be met for the Evaluation Low-Risk account and a 25% for the Aggressive Trader to scale to a higher account.
FTUK Scaling Plan
FTUK’s scaling plan is very divergent from what obtains in the status quo. Unlike other firms who have the same fixed scaling plans for all their accounts, FTUK operates different scaling for all of their accounts.
Generally, the scaling plan for Low Risk accounts comes into effect once the 10% profit target is hit. After that condition is met, the trader’s capital is upgraded and moved to the next level. Below is a detailed expression of their scaling plans, both the Evaluation and Instant Funding Low Risk accounts respectively.
A 25% profit target is set for the Aggressive Trader accounts. Below is a detailed expression of their scaling plans, both the Evaluation and Instant Funding Aggressive Trader accounts respectively.
